Quality is our highest priority to make your travel with our coaches to a pleasurable experience. Generous panoramic windows, comfortable seats, generously wide steps, a spacious interior with welcoming lighting. Comfortable air conditioning and ventilation make the travel into a memorable experience.
ABS, ESP, Lane Assist – all these systems make a valuable contribution to improving road safety. At Voyages Emile Weber, a whole range of safety measures is applied, and they concern more than just technical aspects.
Our drivers are also kept aware, by means of regular staff training sessions, of the risks and dangers of road traffic and how to prevent them.
Voyages Emile Weber is committed to staying at the forefront of technological progress. Covering more than 40 million kilometers each year, we continuously work to adapt to the latest developments in the transportation industry. We were the first company to acquire a trailer for a bus in 1954, the first to use articulated buses in 1970, and the first to have a bus adapted for passengers with reduced mobility in 1979. In 1986, we introduced our first double-decker bus.
In line with our innovative approach, we acquired our first plug-in hybrid bus in 2015, as well as 100% e-powered taxis. In 2018, we introduced our first electric buses. 2023, we reach another milestone in the field of electro-mobility: our bus fleet covered its 20 millionth kilometer electrically. In total, more than 190 of our vehicles are e-driven.
Environmental protection is a key focus for us, not only in our transportation operations but also in the construction of our new low-energy headquarters. Our coaches have wash facilities with wastewater treatment systems, and our workshops are heated using the heat from spray paint booths. We have a gas and dust evacuation system in our body shop, and we follow waste management practices in line with EN ISO 14024.
Voyages Emile Weber has a fleet of over 880 town buses, 290 vans, and more than 50 touring coaches. Our Mercedes and Setra coaches are available in 4- and 5-star categories and a range of sizes, including 16, 19, 22, 30, 44, 48, 52, 56, and 78-seaters. All of our coaches are equipped with the latest facilities and amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable journey. Through its subsidiary, WEBTAXI, Voyages Emile Weber maintains a fleet of over 70 taxis, including eco, limo, and van options. With the convenient phone and app-based booking services, you can easily call a WEBTAXI at any time.
