We work with a team of mechanics and technicians that take care of our coaches’ maintenance, through control, diagnosis and prevention tasks. We’re aiming for the maximum safety, thanks to these on-going tasks.
Our coaches, minibuses and vans, are equipped with the latest technology in safety. Our drivers are requested to participate in regular training courses, including driving in emergency situations, and efficient driving
95% of our vehicles are EURO VI emission standard which means that we are an environment friendly company. Moreover, our drivers are also requested to participate in efficient driving courses, which help them reduce the fuel consumption, thus reducing also the gas emissions.

Our fleet includes cars, luxury cars and vans, minibuses and coaches, ranging from 5 to 71 passengers capacity.

During the last few years, our company invested a lot in refreshing our fleets, which nowadays has an average age less than 3-years-old. All our latest vehicles are equipped with individual electric plugs (220v / USB), wi-fi, safety technologies and all the available comforts.
In order to provide a quote, we would need some additional details, such us number of passengers, dates of departure, a detailed itinerary and schedule, flight number and addresses if available.
Our offers always specify what is included and what is not. According to clients’ needs, we will advise if there are extra costs, such as driver’s accommodations and meals, parking and permits fees, overtime etc. You will find always a “rates do not include” box at the bottom of the offer. If any doubts, you can contact us anytime and we will be happy to help you!
You will receive our offer-contract which includes final quote, what rates do/do not include, validity of the offer and expiry date, cancellation policy. If you agree with our terms, you should send us an email with your confirmation.
Once we receive your confirmation, we will send you our proforma invoice with the instructions for payment. You will find our bank details both in our offer and in our proforma invoice. We usually ask for full payment until 2 weeks before the service. We accept bank transfer payment and credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa – no American Express)
You will receive driver’s name and number within 24hrs before the service starts. If any last minute change / emergency communication, you will receive also our emergency contact, which is active 24/7.
All our driver’s speak at least a basic English. If you have any issues in communications, please contact our office and emergency number, we will be able to help you anytime!
